The post I made today felt lacking. It needed something else. I could feel it in my bones.

And then, as I was making dinner, I figured out what it was: I have to tell you all about these frozen carrots. If this premade frozen carrot meal, yes I’d call it a meal, were a Colin Farrell film, it would be In Bruges meets Banshees meets The Lobster meets Gabriel Byrne’s performance in Frankie Starlight meets how much fun Colin and Britney had on their date in 2003. These carrots would be Colin’s adorable simpleton haircut in Banshees and how much Jamie Lee Curtis enjoyed him in this Actors on Actors video I watched on YouTube and how hot he looks in this particular photo.

They are just delicious. You cook them on medium high in a covered pan for like seven minutes. They have a lovely color and they’re buttery and wonderful.

Find them in the frozen vegetable aisle.

(I’m serious!)
